National Baseball from Feb 21

Chandigarh, Feb 20 (UNI) The National Baseball Championships for men and women would be conducted here tomorrow by Sports Excellence Academy (SEA) in association with Baseball Federation of India (BFI) and Women Baseball Federation of India (WBFI).

As many as 18 teams from all over the country will compete for the top honours.

States and Union Territories which have confirmed thier participation are Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Rajasthan, Maharastra, Mandhya Pradesh and hosts Chandigarh.

Thirty two men and as many women, who would be selected during the Nationals will be trained by international coaches for BFI and WBFI teams.
