National Open Athletics Championships 2024 Schedule on Day 4

Day 4 of the National Open Athletics Championships 2024 is all about finals and medals with the action starting as early as 6:30 AM IST with 10,000m races with the likes of Sanjivani Jadhav, Seema and Abhishek Kumar in action.

The morning session then moves to heptathlon, where Nandini Agasara will resume at the top with her overnight lead. The afternoon session will see former national record holder Arpinder Singh in action in the men's triple jump final while other big names have skipped the Bengaluru event.

Eyes will also be on the men's javelin throw final with Rohit Yadav aiming for a glorious return after missing out on an Olympic berth following an injury layoff. The Women's 400m hurdles have everyone's attention with joint national record holder Vithya Ramraj in action. The women's 200m final will see Srabani Nanda square off with Nithya Gandhe while Devyaniba Zala will lay a claim for the gold too after her maiden silver in 400m.The event ends with the women's and men's 4x400m finals.
