The NBA has released the first fan voting results for the 2025-26 NBA All-Star Game, with Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic leading all players on 1,249,518 votes. Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo tops Eastern Conference voting on 1,192,296, ahead of the showcase on 15 February 2026 at Intuit Dome in Los Angeles.
Fan ballots account for 50 per cent of the final All-Star starter selections, while current NBA players and a media panel each contribute 25 per cent. These first results reflect only the fan component. Voting on the NBA App and website runs until 14 January, with the next update scheduled for Tuesday, 6 January.

Doncic holds a clear advantage in the Western Conference, where Denver Nuggets centre Nikola Jokic sits second with 1,128,962 votes. Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry follows on 1,031,455. Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has 878,621, while San Antonio Spurs forward Victor Wembanyama records 769,362 in the first count.
