New York, Dec 3: Indian basketball fans can witness the real NBA games seating inside there living room. NBA has planed to televise the real basket ball games played by the best players in league for Indian buffs. NBA announced on Thursday, Dec 2, that it has roped in Taj Television and Multi-Screen Media ( MSM) to telecast game shows in India.

Taj Television will telecast the game shows on Ten Sports and ZEE channels.

Besides the live telecast of the games it also shows the off-screen shots of NBA.

Every Thursday and Saturday Taj Television will televise the NBA live relays, NBA All-Star, NBA Playoffs, League Finals. Locally they create NBA highlights and showcase for Indian fans. In addition, weekly once on Ten Sports and ZEE channels they show the real picture of NBA a reality show to give the inside story in 36 episodes about the players and game to TV audience.

Multi-Screen Media will telecast in Pix, including all the live games, playoffs and Eastern League Finals in 2011 and Western League Finals in 2012. Meanwhile, even Pix will carry the 36 episodes of reality show.

NBA President of International Heidi UeBerroth told, " the broad view of programes created by two television patners will provide the fans to witness comprehensive NBA coverage that we have ever had in India."

MSM India CEO Man Jit Singh said, The NBA is one of the hot properties in world of sports and it includes some greatest athlets on the planet.

CEO of Sports Business Zeel Atul Pandey said, "The NBA has a growing audience in India and Ten Sports will provide exclusive inside stories and interviews apart from the traditional telecast"
