NBA: Orlando Magic Extend Winning Streak To Six Games; Lillard Returns For Bucks' Victory

The Orlando Magic secured their sixth consecutive victory against the Phoenix Suns, while Damian Lillard's return helped the Milwaukee Bucks defeat the Houston Rockets. Key performances included Franz Wagner's 32 points for the Magic and Lillard's game-winning layup.

Franz Wagner scored 32 points and provided eight assists, leading the Orlando Magic to a 109-99 win over the Phoenix Suns. Phoenix struggled without key players Kevin Durant, Bradley Beal, and Jusuf Nurkic. Devin Booker, who scored a season-high 44 points in a previous game, managed only 17 points against Orlando. Tyus Jones led Phoenix with 18 points and eight assists, while Grayson Allen added 17 points from the bench.

Damian Lillard returned to action for Milwaukee Bucks and made a decisive layup with just seconds left to secure a narrow victory over Houston Rockets at 111-110. Lillard had been sidelined due to concussion protocol but contributed significantly with his late-game heroics.

The Bucks' Brook Lopez scored an impressive 27 points and grabbed ten rebounds. Giannis Antetokounmpo also played a crucial role with his contribution of 20 points and thirteen rebounds. Despite Houston's Fred VanVleet scoring 26 points and Jalen Green adding another 21, they fell short in their comeback attempt.

Milwaukee built an early lead by outscoring Houston in the second quarter by a margin of 30-17. The Rockets attempted a comeback in the third quarter but ultimately fell short as Milwaukee finished strong in the final minutes.

Clippers Halt Warriors' Winning Streak

Norman Powell led Los Angeles Clippers with his impressive performance of scoring five out of six three-pointers against Golden State Warriors. The Clippers secured their fifth consecutive win at Intuit Dome by defeating Warriors with a scoreline of102-99.

James Harden was instrumental for Los Angeles by providing sixteen assists alongside twelve points. Ivica Zubac contributed significantly on defense by grabbing seventeen rebounds during this encounter against Pacific Division leaders Golden State Warriors.

Stephen Curry scored twenty-six points while Andrew Wiggins added twenty-two for Golden State as they tried mounting another comeback late into this match-up but ultimately fell short due to missed opportunities near endgame situations allowing Clippers' defense hold firm till final whistle blew securing victory over formidable opponents like Warriors themselves!
