The 23-year-old guard had an explosive performance, scoring 44 points while also setting a new franchise record for most three-pointers in a single season.
Edwards, known for his shooting ability, made six three-pointers in the game, bringing his season total to 244—surpassing Malik Beasley’s previous record of 240. Edwards reached this milestone in just 59 games, breaking Beasley’s record, which took 79 games to achieve. The performance highlighted not only Edwards’ scoring prowess but also his rapid development as one of the league’s premier long-range shooters.
