Neeraj Chopra At Doha Diamond League Live Streaming: After finishing as runner-up for two consecutive seasons, India's javelin sensation Neeraj Chopra is set to begin his 2025 Diamond League campaign in Doha this Friday.
The event will take place at the Suheim bin Hamad Stadium in Qatar, featuring a competitive field of 11 elite javelin throwers from across the globe.

Chopra, a double Olympic medalist, recently clinched first place at an invitational event in South Africa - a strong performance that sets the tone for his season opener in the Qatari capital. Joining him in the javelin throw will be fellow Indian Kishore Jena, as well as Czech Republic's Jakub Vadlejch (2023 Diamond League winner) and Grenada's Anderson Peters (2024 champion).
Notably absent from the field is Pakistan's Arshad Nadeem, who captured Olympic gold in Paris last year. Despite his absence, the competition remains fierce with German throwers Julian Weber and Max Dehning, Kenya's veteran Julius Yego, and Japan's Roderick Genki Dean adding depth to the lineup.
In addition to Chopra and Jena, two other Indian athletes are set to compete in Doha. Gulveer Singh is slated to make his Diamond League debut in the men's 5000m event, while Parul Chaudhary will represent India in the women's 3000m steeplechase.
With a strong Indian presence and a field stacked with global talent, the Doha leg of the 2025 Diamond League promises exciting performances and high-stakes rivalries.
The 2025 edition of the Doha Diamond League will unfold at the Suheim bin Hamad Stadium in Qatar, with Indian star Neeraj Chopra set to headline the men's javelin throw competition.
Neeraj is scheduled to take the field in the men's javelin event on Friday, May 16. The action begins at 10:15 PM IST.
There will be no live television broadcast of the event in India. However, fans can catch all the action live through the official Wanda Diamond League channels on YouTube and Facebook.
