Mumbai, Apr 24 (UNI) Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, the owner of Kolkata Knight Riders, today defended cheer leaders in Indian Premier League (IPL) matches, saying there was nothing wrong in having cheer leaders for the matches.
Earlier in the day, Nitin Gadkari (BJP) raised the issue of cheer leaders in the upper house. Without mincing words, he criticised the ongoing IPL matches. He charged that players had already been sold for astronomical prices and now women are made to dance in skimpy clothes.
