In a thrilling NBA game, the Denver Nuggets defeated the Houston Rockets 116-111, halting their nine-game winning streak. Jamal Murray shone with 39 points, while DeAndre Jordan contributed significantly in Nikola Joki's absence.

Jamal Murray's impressive performance led the Denver Nuggets to a 116-111 victory over the Houston Rockets, ending Houston's nine-game winning streak. Despite Nikola Jokic missing his third game due to an ankle injury, Murray scored 39 points, with 17 in a dominant third quarter. DeAndre Jordan stepped up with 11 points and 15 rebounds, while Michael Porter Jr. added 17 points and nine rebounds.

The Rockets struggled from beyond the arc, shooting only 32.4%. Jalen Green contributed 30 points but made just three of his twelve three-point attempts. Alperen Sengun had a double-double with 17 points and ten rebounds. Dillon Brooks was effective from long range, hitting five of eight attempts and scoring 21 points.

Nuggets Stop Rockets' Winning Streak

The Oklahoma City Thunder secured their sixth consecutive win by defeating the Los Angeles Clippers 103-101. Alex Caruso's crucial three-pointer with under two minutes left helped seal the victory. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 26 points and eight rebounds, while Aaron Wiggins added 19 points off the bench.

Kawhi Leonard scored 25 points for the Clippers, including a late free throw that brought them within two points. However, they couldn't capitalise on his deliberate miss of the second free throw as time expired without another shot attempt.

Andrew Wiggins' season-high 42 points powered the Miami Heat to a 122-105 win over the Charlotte Hornets, snapping their ten-game losing streak. Wiggins shot efficiently, making 16 of his 21 field goal attempts and six of eight from three-point range. Tyler Herro supported with 29 points on an impressive shooting night.

Charlotte started strong, leading by twelve early in the second quarter before Miami surged ahead with a decisive run to lead by ten at halftime. Nick Smith Jr. led Charlotte with 19 points, while LaMelo Ball and Miles Bridges each recorded double-doubles in their efforts.

The Nuggets took control against Houston in the third quarter after being tied at halftime. They outscored the Rockets by seventeen during this period, starting with a strong run that included a key three-pointer from Murray and a three-point play by Jordan.

The Thunder overcame an early deficit against the Clippers by dominating the second quarter to lead at halftime. Despite Los Angeles tying it up in the third quarter, Oklahoma City regained control with an eleven-point spurt and maintained their advantage into the final minutes.

Miami extended their lead over Charlotte in the third quarter behind Wiggins' continued scoring prowess. The Heat maintained a comfortable margin throughout the final period to secure their much-needed victory.
