Olympics: India's flagbearer Abhinav Bindra arrives in Rio de Janeiro

Rio de Janeiro, July 30: Shooter Abhinav Bindra, the only Indian to have an individual gold medal at the Olympics, arrived here on Saturday (July 30) for the Rio Games starting on August 5.

The arrival of Bindra, who will compete in the 10 metre air rifle event, comes a day after the Indian hockey team landed here, according to an official release. (Bindra is the flagbearer)
