ONE Fight Night 10 Card Gets Stacked With Addition Of Roberto Soldic Vs Zebaztian Kadestam

ONE Championship's inaugural US card has already received multiple high-profile bouts, and the promotion has just announced that a heavy-handed welterweight contest has been added to the fold.

Roberto "Robocop" Soldic and Zebaztian "The Bandit" Kadestam will collide when The Home of Martial Arts arrives at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado, on Saturday, 6 May, at ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III.

The bout follows Soldic's account opener last December at ONE on Prime Video 5, where he faced undefeated Russian Murad Ramazanov. Unfortunately, the bout ended in a no contest in the first round after an unintentional low blow.

Despite the underwhelming debut, the Croatian sensation will look to return to fine form against Kadestam.

On that night, Soldic wants to remind fans why his signature was highly sought after while he was a free agent. After all, he amassed 17 knockouts in 20 career wins, as well as becoming a two-division champion in Europe's biggest promotion, KSW.

The European standout's opponent, Kadestam, has also achieved World Champion status.
"The Bandit" is a former ONE Welterweight World Champion and has long remained a dangerous asset to the division with his thunderous power and elite-level striking, which is bound to make this matchup a fascinating firefight.

The Swedish standout boasts 12 knockouts in 14 victories and has provided two first-round knockouts in a row against Valmir Da Silva and Iura Lapicus last summer after parting ways with the division's crown at ONE: DAWN OF VALOR to Kiamrian Abbasov.

Given that both men have earned major accolades throughout their combat careers - with Kadestam's stature as a former king in ONE as well as Soldic's reputation as the hot newcomer to the promotion - this collision could well be viewed as a World Title eliminator.

The momentum both men have been riding en route to this matchup makes for a certified barnburner. The fans will be in for a treat when two of Europe's best scrappers put it all on the line later this year on Saturday, 6 May, at ONE Fight Night 10.
