As former ONE Welterweight World Champion Zebaztian Kadestam looks to extend his winning streak to three in a row, the Swede will meet his equal next month.
Due to "The Bandit's" strong return to form, he has been awarded a primetime spot on ONE Championship's first trip to the U.S. against one of the most highly rated fighters in mixed martial arts.

ONE Championship travels to Denver, Colorado's 1stBank Center for the sold-out ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III event on Saturday, 6 May. On that day, the former divisional king meets Roberto Soldic for what will be a welterweight war.
Racking up two consecutive first-round knockouts in 2022 has taken Kadestam to 12 finishes in 14 victories. However, the Swedish slugger's adversary this May holds similar credentials.
With 17 knockouts in 20 bouts, Soldic has also built a reputation as one of Europe's heaviest hitters. So when the two were matched up for ONE Fight Night 10, Kadestam immediately accepted.
When the dust settles, he predicts this to be the best fight the division will have ever seen.
"If I could sit on the side and drink a beer and eat popcorn and watch this fight at the same time as I'm fighting it, I would be happy," Kadestam said.
"This is the biggest, this is the best fight. This is going to bring out the best from both of us. This is the best fight in welterweight history for sure. This is going to be f****** crazy. I promise you that!"
A shot at the ONE Welterweight World Title could await the winner. Despite that, Kadestam's focus isn't primarily on wearing gold once again. His main goal is to put on a show for American fans and get back to his life's mission.
"Man, after I beat this guy, I'm back on top. I don't care about any title. And we will see what happens next, but this is the biggest fight of my career for sure and I'm coming for everything. To be honest, I haven't been this motivated since I fought Tyler McGuire for the title," Kadestam said.
"Since then, you know, life has not been steady. And this is the one. It gives me the chills. It keeps me up at night already. I haven't been here for a while, so it feels really good to be back doing what I love."
