ONE Fight Night 11: British Striking Star Amber Kitchen To Battle Martine Michieletto

Amber Kitchen's ONE Championship tenure has seen her battle some of the very best strikers in the promotion's strawweight Muay Thai division, but her upcoming bout at ONE Fight Night 11: Eersel vs. Menshikov will be the most important of her career.

"AK-47" has yet to notch a victory inside The Home of Martial Arts, and the British standout will look to make it count with her back against the wall when she faces Martine Michieletto on 10 June at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Despite the misfortune she's faced inside the Circle, Kitchen has showcased her skill set against the likes of Viktoria Lipianska, Diandra Martin, and Jackie Buntan since her debut in 2019.

It's clear that the Cornwall native has started to find her footing in 4-ounce gloves, and with ONE using a traditional Muay Thai ring at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, she will be in familiar surroundings, which may just play into her favor.

In order to chase the all-important victory later this month, Kitchen has recently moved to Bad Company in Leeds, England, to pick the brains of former ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title challenger Liam "Hitman" Harrison in order to reach her full potential and showcase her star power.

Her move to the new gym conveniently comes when she faces yet another striking starlet in Italy's Michieletto. While she may be new to ONE fans, "The Italian Queen's" credentials speak volumes.

The Aosta native is a former two-time ISKA Featherweight World Champion and boasts a 14-fight winning streak dating back to 2017. The 57-fight veteran will look to leave her mark at ONE Fight Night 11 and capitalize on Kitchen's unfortunate form when she makes her promotional debut next month.

Michieletto wants to make a strong first impression, but her foe will be dangerous with her back firmly against the wall. "AK-47" has nothing to lose and plenty to gain at ONE Fight Night 11, so fans should expect fire.
