Sitting on the throne draped in multiple ONE World Titles, Regian Eersel has been untouchable throughout his tenure in ONE Championship.
But on Saturday, 10 June, in the main of ONE Fight Night 11, a new threat emerges. The Dutchman defends his ONE Lightweight Muay Thai World Championship against a dangerous newcomer in Dmitry Menshikov at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Eersel has overcome every threat posed against him under the bright lights of the world's largest martial arts organization, with his most recent outing being his most prolific yet.
"The Immortal" encountered Sinsamut Klinmee in back-to-back outings, and after defeating the Thai standout via a narrow split decision last October at ONE on Prime Video 3, Eersel made a statement in March's rematch at ONE Friday Fights 9.
Eersel had plans to remove all doubt as to why he is king, and he did just that in the fourth frame when a clear-cut left body shot that folded Sinsamut, closed the contest, and extended the 30-year-old's winning streak to a remarkable 21 in a row.
The finish was another example of Eersel's handiwork and set the bar for his upcoming adversary, who may just be his most dangerous opponent of all.
Dmitry Menshikov also rides an impressive 11-fight winning streak with six knockout victories. And, at 27-2 with 19 knockouts overall, Menshikov has the potential to rock the lightweight Muay Thai king.
Many will see the 25-year-old as the underdog entering the bout, given the formidable form forged by Eersel, but that status could allow Menshikov to thrive at ONE Fight Night 11.
With his tough mentality, Menshikov will not be easily defeated by the Dutchman, and the ruthless Russian's recent run could certainly see him rule the roost with a career-best performance this summer.
