ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Champion Allycia Hellen Rodrigues has made the most of the opportunities presented to her. She only has two fights into her ONE Championship tenure. But her resume speaks for itself.
Rodrigues will dare to be great once again at ONE Fight Night 14. The Brazilian faces ONE strawweight Muay Thai queen Smilla Sundell in the co-main event on Saturday (September 30) at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore.

The stoic Brazilian has amassed a perfect 2-0 slate in ONE. And after a nearly three-year hiatus, Rodrigues returned to defend her crown against American veteran Janet Todd at ONE Fight Night 8 this past March.
The five-round clinic against Todd clearly filled Rodrigues with confidence. And now she has the chance to lace her other shoulder with gold because Sundell's strawweight Muay Thai World Title will be up for grabs.
Sundell has become a force in the strawweight Muay Thai realm at only 18 years old. But Rodrigues feels her prowess matches up with the Swede's skill set perfectly. Both women have showcased aggression throughout their tenures.
"Sundell is pretty big for that division. She likes to be aggressive and put pressure on her opponents, always moving forward. However, I also like to play this forward game," Rodrigues said.
"She also knows how to use her height advantage to box and use her knees, and I know this is what causes her opponents a lot of trouble. She plays her game really well.
"I like her fighting style, but I don't worry about her size. I'm excited for this fight, and I know it's going to be a war because of our styles."
Allycia Hellen Rodrigues became the ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Champion back in 2020. The 38-fight veteran took the gold from Stamp Fairtex in the Thai's own backyard of Bangkok, Thailand. It was an overwhelming moment for Rodrigues that many fans didn't expect.
Questions of the same caliber loomed when she returned from a lengthy hiatus versus Todd. But once again, Rodrigues proved the doubters wrong. So when Jackie Buntan withdrew from ONE Fight Night 14's clash against Smilla Sundell, the Brazilian was more than happy to throw her name in the hat.
The 25-year-old knows questions will be asked of her once again as she goes up against a decorated combatant in Sundell. But Rodrigues is motivated to silence the critics all over again.
"Having two belts is one of my dreams, and I intend to make it happen. I want to make history, I want to challenge myself more and more, and I know I can do it," Rodrigues said.
"But my biggest motivation is seeing that a lot of people are not believing in me, and I'm going to show them all that nothing is impossible when you work hard. "I grabbed this opportunity with all my might, and I'm going to show it in the fight."
