British striker Liam Nolan returns to the squared circle with renewed zeal after a brief retirement from competition. "Lethal" will challenge his old rival Nauzet Trujillo in a lightweight Muay Thai clash on 3 May.
Airing live from the prestigious Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, ONE Fight Night 31 will serve as the stage for the talented star's return. Interestingly, he will face the same opponent he fought in his last bout before calling it a day.

Now, the 27-year-old is excited for his return and aims to climb the ranks in the star-studded division. He also reflected on his last fight, explaining what went wrong and what he could have done to avoid it.
"I wanted this fight. It's the fight I need in order to move forward. I have to get this one done. Everyone wants to fight for the title, but how can I say that if I can't beat Trujillo?," Nolan said.
"In the first round, I think I pushed a little too hard and was too eager to get the knockout. I was trying to land too many big shots one after the other. I should've shown some restraint and fought smart."
Nolan is a highly skilled athlete whose mixed results on the global stage don't do justice to his calibre. His opponent, however, has also proven himself on the competitive European Muay Thai circuit.
The Londoner has seen the capabilities of his challenger and respects Trujillo. However, the man coming out of retirement believes that his skills are far superior and carries a chip on his shoulder.
"I respect him a lot for taking this fight because he could've just said no as he's beaten me once," Nolan said. "I do think my overall game is better, but [Trujillo has] shown me that he's dangerous firsthand, and I have to prove something now."
