"The Eagle" always finds his prey, and Mohamed Younes Rabah is plotting to do that once again when the Algerian faces the dangerous Thai striking showman Shadow Singha Mawynn in the co-main event of ONE Fight Night 33 on 12 July.
A highly anticipated clash between two magicians of Muay Thai sets this bout apart from the rest. It's not just a battle of heavy hitters, but a tussle for the position in the star-studded division ruled by reigning ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai.

The 28-year-old star's opponent is the #3-ranked contender, and a victory over a man in form could push his name into the rankings. That would put Rabah in the contention of a future title shot, and he is well aware of it.
"Shadow got to third place in the rankings by beating Sitthichai [Sitsongpeenong]. So, I think if I beat him, I'll claim a place in the rankings," Rabah said, hopeful of claiming victory in this high-profile matchup.
The Thai athlete, who began his Muay Thai journey at the age of just 12, stalks his opponents like a shadow follows the body's motion, tagging them with a sickening pace. With five consecutive wins to his name, he even claimed victory over striking great Sitthichai.
For his part, the Team Mehdi Zatout standout has two huge wins to his name in the promotion, having decimated Thai veteran Saemapetch Fairtex and American striker Eddie Abasolo. He pointed out that Shadow has clear weaknesses in his game and vowed to utilise them to claim the W.
"He is strong but not smart enough. I can see a lot of openings in his defense, especially when he attacks," Rabah said. Also, he doesn't have enough speed and footwork. This is his weakness, and he will pay for it."
This blockbuster event will be headlined by the ONE Women's Atomweight Muay Thai World Title clash between reigning queen Allycia Hellen Rodrigues and challenger Johanna Persson. Fans in India can watch this event live on JioHotstar and Star Sports Select 2 at 6:30 a.m. IST on 12 July.
