ONE Friday Fights 111: Another exhilarating edition of ONE Friday Fights kicked off a huge double-header for ONE Championship on Friday, June 6, inside Bangkok, Thailand's Lumpinee Stadium.

ONE Friday Fights 111 saw 12 more bouts across Muay Thai, kickboxing, and MMA action as more up and coming stars looked to get one step closer to a spot on the global roster and a US$100,000 contract.

In the main event of the evening, Petsukumvit Boi Bangna was back with a bang as he scored a pivotal knockout over Silviu Vitez in the second round of their flyweight Muay Thai encounter.

Vitez put the pressure on Petsukumvit, who took a moment to warm up into the fight. That allowed "Hitman" to attack first and land hard punches and low kicks on the Thai star. But that would all quickly change.

The two-time Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai World Champion entered the second round a different man. He got up into Vitez's space, quickly dropping him with a heavy left hand.

After the Romanian rose to his feet, Petsukumvit poured on the damage to down him with another right hand. He then landed the fateful blow at 1:40 of round to end the fight for good with a barrage of strikes

Islay Erika Bomogao notched her best performance yet as she smashed through Spain's Nera Rubio in 103-pound Muay Thai action in just 65 seconds to score the first knockout win of her promotional stint.

Rubio put the pressure on her Filipina foe from the first bell, showing she was far from fazed by Bomogao's momentum. She attacked with multiple body kicks and hooks to set her tone.

But Bomogao was far from worried as she carefully picked her moment to counter. And when she did, she unleashed a lethal right straight punch to her foe's stomach that sent her to the mat immediately, ending the bout at 1:05 of round one to move to 3-0 in the weekly series.
