Following last week's blockbuster martial arts extravaganza, ONE Championship is back with another edition of its hottest weekly event series, ONE Friday Fights 117, airing live from the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Nearly two dozen international martial artists across MMA, kickboxing, and Muay Thai will aim to claim the coveted US$100,000 contract with the promotion. The headliner will feature the return of a man who has been delivering consistent results.

Thai young gun Yod-IQ Or Pimolsri will clash with Italian finisher Alessio Malatesta in bantamweight Muay Thai. With nine victories in ONE Friday Fights, the 23-year-old Yod-IQ could be just one win away from earning a life-changing contract.

However, facing Malatesta is no walk in the park. The European sensation is firing on all cylinders, having claimed three stoppage victories in his last four outings. With well-rounded skills and explosive strikes, he has the power to dismantle any opponent.

In the featured fight of the night, the striker from Down Under, Tyson Harrison, will take on exciting American Kendu Irving in a bantamweight Muay Thai contest. Harrison, in his ONE debut against Seksan Or Kwanmuang, produced one of the most thrilling Muay Thai fights in history.

With an iron chin and devastating strikes, "John Wayne Noi" showed that he is someone who will be around for a long time. After a razor-close victory against Sibmuen, he will look to build on that winning momentum.

Meanwhile, Irving is coming off a defeat and will be eager to start a new winning streak against a rough and tough opponent. The card also features notable names like Kampeetewada Sitthikul, Elbrus Osmanov, Yodsila Chor Haapayak, and more.
