The 22nd ONE Friday Fights card took place on June 23 inside Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, and lived up to the billing. The main event saw Arjan Bhullar put his ONE Heavyweight World Title up for grabs against interim champ Anatoly Malykhin.
From the start, Malykhin pressured Bhullar into the corner for the majority of the first round and kept him there as the bout wore on. After using his punching power, Malykhin took top position on the canvas in round three to land a plethora of hammer fists onto "Singh."

The attack forced the referee to bring a halt to proceedings at 2:42 of the round as Malykhin became the undisputed ONE Heavyweight World Champion and bagged a US$50,000 bonus from ONE Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong for his victory.
The co-main event saw Prajanchai PK Saenchai stop the comeback story of Sam-A Gaiyanghadao in stunning fashion to clinch the ONE Interim Strawweight Muay Thai World Title after the two met for the second time.
A close first round opened the floodgates for a frantic second frame in which the PK Saenchai Muaythaigym man initially dropped Sam-A with a devastating left punch to score an eight-count.
Following that, Prajanchai continued to pounce, and at 2:10 of round two, a blistering combination stopped Sam-A to solidify Prajanchai as the interim champ and next contender for divisional king Joseph Lasiri's gold. He also bagged a US$50,000 bonus.
