ONE Friday Fights 34 Results: Superlek Edges Rodtang In Muay Thai Super Fight, Seksan Stays Dominant

ONE Friday Fights 34 was the biggest Muay Thai card in years when it went down this past Friday, 22 September, at Bangkok, Thailand's Lumpinee Boxing Stadium. And given the slew of action-packed battles, it won't soon be forgotten.

The main event saw the biggest Muay Thai fight in recent memory take place, as ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon locked horns with ONE flyweight kickboxing king Superlek Kiatmoo9 in 140-pound catchweight action.

Rodtang endured early leg kicks from Superlek to counter with a furious elbow that cut Superlek wide open in the opening round, but "The Kicking Machine" persevered through the blood and dropped his Thai compatriot in the second frame.

The eight-count caused Rodtang to dig deep for the remainder of the bout, and he consistently pushed toward Superlek. However, the pivotal knockdown shaped the contest overall, and the judges awarded Superlek the unanimous decision win in the end.

The co-main event saw a blistering three-round display as Seksan Or Kwanmuang went toe to toe with Amir Naseri in 140-pound catchweight Muay Thai action and remained unbeaten in the world's largest martial arts organization.

Elbows were the story of the fight, with "The Man Who Yields To No One" and Naseri staying in close quarters throughout. The striking pair unleashed a jaw-dropping display inside Lumpinee Stadium - much to the appreciation of the fans.

Ultimately, the never-ending attacks from Seksan led him to pick up another unanimous decision victory and earn his sixth straight win in ONE. But Naseri earned plenty of new admirers for managing to go all the way to the end. Here is a look at the full results:
