On Friday, November 3, ONE Friday Fights 39 delivered yet another sensational night when ONE Championship returned to the famous Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
In the main event, Soner "Golden Boy" Sen debuted against a formidable opponent in Kongklai Annymuaythai and made a huge statement in the world's largest martial arts organization by earning a first-round knockout win.

The Turkish star wasted no time in this 142-pound catchweight Muay Thai matchup and was aggressive right from the opening bell. Kongklai tried his best to stay in the game by countering Sen's multiple combinations with his kicks and punches.
However, a strong right hook by "Golden Boy" sent Kongklai into oblivion. Sen connected with a right hand again, finishing his opponent at the 2:35-minute mark of the first round.
The co-main event saw a 130-pound catchweight Muay Thai clash between ET TDed99 and Mongkolkaew , which also finished in highlight-reel fashion. Both fighters started the first round with caution and exchanged strikes to the legs and body.
In the second frame, ET connected with a flying knee and followed up with a sharp left hook, surprising Mongkolkaew. The Sor Sommai representative countered with short shots in the clinch.
The final round commenced with the same tempo as the first two rounds as the pair traded heavy strikes. But at the 1:02 mark, ET's left elbow sent Mongkolkaew to the floor, and the referee had to stop the bout.
