Bangkok, February 12: ONE Championship presented their fourth installment of fights at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on 10 February with ONE Friday Fights 4.
In the main event, Duangsompong Jitmuangnon was determined to make quick work of Batman Or.Atchariya, as he moved swiftly to close the gap between them, throwing punches with confidence.
In response, Batman retreated, hoping to buy himself a few seconds. Unexpectedly, halfway through the first round, Batman shifted his strategy and surged forward to engage his opponent in a clinch.
In the second and third rounds Duangsompong kept his pressure up but struggled to wear the Or.Atchariya man down as his compatriot gained a surge of energy.
While he landed a brief knockdown, Batman fought furiously and landed head kicks in between his peppering straight punches. However, despite the caped capers best efforts, Duangsompong exited the Circle as the victor by majority decision.
The co-main saw an intense rematch between flyweight Muay Thai fighters Petchmuangsiri Tded99 and Mongkolkaew Sor.Sommai. Mongkolkaew kicked off the fight with a flurry of punches, pressing forward and targeting Petchmuangsri.
After warning him with a step forward, Mongkolkaew dealt a barrage of blows to his opponent's mid-section and face. Not to be outdone, Petchmuangsri retaliated with head kicks.
In the second stanza, Petchmuangsri fought back with a vengeance, landing elbows in retaliation for Mongkolkaew's bullying in the previous round. Despite the latter's relentless pressure, Petchmuangsri was unfazed and determined to stand and fight.
The third round saw the two men exchange powerful blows, with Petchmuangsri attempting to make up for his points deficit by pressuring his opponent. His bold efforts paid off, as he emerged victorious with a unanimous decision, bringing the score between the two to an even 1-1.
