ONE Championship's busiest year on record continues this week when ONE Friday Fights 52 kicks off the world's largest martial arts promotion's second double-header in as many months this Friday, 16 February.
Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, will once again showcase a boatload of world-class Muay Thai strikers as well as a single MMA showdown. But the evening's 144-pound catchweight Muay Thai main event between Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai and Julio Lobo has fans anticipating fireworks.

One half of the headline attraction, Kulabdam, has continued to rack up victories in the ONE Friday Fights series. "Left Meteorite" has been proving his worth, winning four of his five outings in 2023, including back-to-back signature knockouts of Tyson Harrison and Fariyar Aminipour.
The pivotal victories have placed the Thai in great stead for the year ahead, and a victory over Lobo could potentially see him earn the illustrious six-figure contract with ONE Championship.
But after earning his first promotional victory in devastating fashion last November at ONE Friday Fights 42, Lobo will be chomping at the bit to capitalize on newfound momentum against a fellow formidable slugger.
The Brazilian dispatched the legendary Kaonar Sor Jor Thongprajin last time around, offering a striking clinic against the Thai before securing the knockout in the third frame. Having overcome a decorated veteran with 180 wins to his name, the 29-year-old will look to bring Kulabdam's momentum to a grinding halt.
The main event showcase has all the makings of an instant classic. The deadly hitters have fans expecting a stoppage within the distance. And whoever manages to land the fatal blow could reap the rewards of an illustrious contract with ONE Championship.
