Before ONE Fight Night 19: Haggerty vs. Lobo this weekend, ONE Friday Fights 52 kicked off the weekend's double-header inside Bangkok, Thailand's Lumpinee Boxing Stadium with another showcase of combat sports action.
The main event pitted Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai against Brazilian stalwart Julio Lobo in a 144-pound catchweight Muay Thai affair, and the Thai superstar managed to utilize his thunderous "Left Meteorite" to close the contest inside the opening frame.

Kulabdam put Lobo down within the first 30 seconds before landing another left hook just moments later. Lobo hung in there as long as he could, but the unforgiving barrage of Kulabdam wasn't going to be denied as he forced an end to the fight.
In the co-main event, Theptaksin Sor Sornsing put his recent defeats behind him as he pulled out all the stops to beat Singdomthong Nokjeanladkrabang in a narrow 127-pound catchweight Muay Thai contest by split decision.
The 26-year-old managed to land the more sacred strikes in a closely fought opening round, but his pressure on the front foot allowed him to remain in charge of the bout.
The pair decided to let loose in the second stanza, enabling a back-and-forth showcase to take centerstage, much to the disdain of the former as Singdomthong managed to fight his way back into the contest with cleaner kicks and punches.
With everything on the line in the final three minutes, Theptaksin remained calculated to control the round and be the aggressor to bring Singdomthong's momentum to an end with a split-decision victory.
