The evening consists of 12 electric bouts stemming across Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA, and - now - submission grappling, leaving enthusiasts of all disciplines with something to enjoy live in Asia primetime.

Headlining the tussles in Thailand is a bantamweight Muay Thai scrap between Avatar PK Saenchai and Kiamran Nabati, who lock horns in what's been talked about as a potential fight of the year.

For Avatar, ONE Friday Fights 55 presents an opportunity to extend his promotional winning streak to five in a row. The Thai star struggled when he first signed with the ONE, but since then he has been undeniable inside the ring.

Last time around in February, Avatar stunned Antar Kacem with a third-round knockout at ONE Friday Fights 51. The 30-year-old has learned from his mistakes, and he knows a victory over Nabati could earn him a spot on the main roster.

However, Nabati will have a few things to say about that. The unbeaten star brings a superb record of 19-0 into the fold as he prepares to tackle another notable name in ONE Championship.

The Russian star arrived at ONE Friday Fights 35 last September, dismantling Pongsiri PK Saenchai over three rounds to earn the unanimous decision win. The victory itself established Nabati as a true threat to the division's upper echelon.
