ONE Friday Fights 55 delivered another spectacle of combat sports action on Friday, 15 March. Athletes from across four fighting disciplines took to Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, to compete for the chance to earn a lucrative six-figure contract with ONE Championship.
The main event saw Kiamran Nabati keep his momentum rolling, as he picked apart Thai star Avatar PK Saenchai across three rounds of bantamweight Muay Thai action to move to 20-0.

Nabati's confidence was clear from the start. He pressured Avatar from the first bell, unleashing thunderous spinning kicks and heavy combinations to keep his foe at bay throughout the first frame.
The undefeated talent continued that pace in the second stanza, chopping Avatar's legs to thwart any attacks the Thai may have attempted to make. Avatar, for his part, was without an answer.
Nabati maintained the center of the ring before dropping Avatar with a right hand. The Thai returned to his feet, but Nabati followed up with spinning kicks and elbows as he sought out a potential fight-winning blow.
Luckily for Avatar, the final bell rang before Nabati could get to him again. But with a solid night's work done, the latter walked away with the unanimous decision for his efforts.
The co-main event of ONE Friday Fights 55 at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium saw Rittidet Sor Sommai turn his thrilling 133-pound catchweight Muay Thai fight against compatriot Tomyamkoong Bhumjaithai upside down.
The Thai was looking for his moments throughout the contest, attempting to counter Tomyamkoong's aggressive attacks. Rittidet eventually found an opening midway through the second round, landing multiple left hands to weaken Tomyamkoong's chin.
At the halfway point of round two, the tide turned when Rittidet landed a sneaky left hook to put Tomyamkoong on his back once and for all, forcing a stoppage at 1:25 as Rittidet returned to winning ways.
