ONE Friday Fights 72 returned to Bangkok, Thailand's Lumpinee Stadium on Friday, 26 July, as 22 more future stars and established talent continued to fight for a shot at a six-figure contract across four combat sports disciplines.
The main event saw a non-stop collision across nine minutes of 135.4-pound catchweight Muay Thai action as Kongsuk Fairtex battled back to outstrike Joachim Ouraghi in a three-round war that won't be forgotten any time soon.

From the first bell, Ouraghi took control. He put multiple combinations together that sent Kongsuk back to his corner in need of a new strategy at the end of the first round.
The two-time Lumpinee Stadium Muay Thai World Champion showed a more aggressive style in the second round. And as a result, Ouraghi's cardio quickly emptied after multiple shattering body kicks from Kongsuk.
The headline bout was in the balance in the third frame. Kongsuk continued pressuring, allowing him to take a stronghold on the contest. And as a result, he took home the unanimous decision in front of his fellow compatriots.
It's rare that ONE Friday Fights gets two monsters going at it in 4-ounce Muay Thai, so fans were understandably excited when the evening's featured bout saw WMC Muay Thai World Champion Beybulat Isaev collide with WBC Heavyweight Muay Thai World Champion Alex Roberts.
Just 33 seconds in, Roberts rushed Isaev into the corner, tweaking his knee, and was unable to return to his feet. That forced the referee to call the contest to an end and give Isaev the TKO victory as a result.
Also on the card, India's Sumit Bhyan edged Will Drewitt for a split decision win in the lightweight MMA bout on the undercard. Here is a look at the final results of ONE Lumpinee 72:
