Before ONE Fight Night 25: Nicolas vs. Eersel II takes over Bangkok, Thailand's Lumpinee Stadium, ONE Friday Fights 82 kickstarted the action with another highlight-reel edition on Friday, 4 October.
The main event saw a thrilling bantamweight encounter as Yod-IQ Pimolsri ended Abdulla Dayakaev's unbeaten run in the promotion to extend his own winning streak to four in a row.

The Thai striker began by whipping kicks into the body of his Russian opponent. Yod-IQ played the counter game very well, making Dayakaev pay with strong hooks consistently across the first three minutes of action.
Dayakaev came out much more aggressive in the second frame as he swung for Yod-IQ's head. The PK Saenchai Muaythaigym star took his share of strikes, but he remained stoic to land plenty of punching combinations in return.
With just three minutes remaining, Yod-IQ knew he was on to a winner. All he had to do was continue outstriking the relentless Russian for the remainder of the bout to pick up the unanimous decision win - which he did expertly to continue his great run of form.
In the featured bout, Alessio Malatesta returned to the iconic venue to show his grit as he scored a blazing first-round knockout against Wilachon PK Saenchai in the 150-pound catchweight Muay Thai barnburner.
Once the bell rang, Wilachon charged at the Italian. Just 20 seconds into the fray, the Thai dropped Malatesta with a huge right hand. But as the youngster rose to his feet, it only seemed to wake him up.
The crowd watched on as they traded inside the pocket, where it was Malatesta's turn to knock down Wilachon with a beautiful straight left. The Thai regained himself, but he ran right back at Malatesta again before hitting the mat from another stern left hand.
The Team Malatesta product knew a finish was near, forcing Wilachon on the ropes. There, he connected with another beautiful left hook combination to knock his man out cold at 2:19 of the first frame before he could even hit the canvas. Here is a look at the full results of ONE Lumpinee 82:
