ONE Lightweight Kickboxing: Regain Eersel Defeats Rungrawee Sitsongpeenong To Win Title In Bangkok

The Inner Circle and ONE Friday Fights 150 shared a packed card on 10 April at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. Regian Eersel beat Rungrawee Sitsongpeenong by unanimous decision to claim the vacant ONE Lightweight Kickboxing World Title and regain two-sport champion status.

Eersel controlled the main event from the opening round. A clean head kick landed early and set the tempo. He then used his reach, with straight punches and knees, to keep Rungrawee under pressure and limit the Thai star’s trademark kicking rhythm.

Eersel Wins ONE Lightweight Title

Rungrawee tried to answer with hard body kicks and short punches. He worked inside the pocket whenever possible. Eersel stayed composed, circled away from danger, and scored with sharp counters. His combinations consistently found the mark and disrupted Rungrawee’s attempts to build forward momentum.

The third round produced the key knockdown. Eersel dropped Rungrawee with an uppercut, left hook and right straight. He then dominated the championship rounds with steady output and accuracy. The victory gave Eersel his 65th career win and 14th success under the ONE Championship banner.

Attachai shines on ONE Friday Fights 150 undercard

Earlier, Attachai Kelasport marked his return to the global stage. The 23-year-old posted a clear strawweight Muay Thai decision over Kompet Sitsarawatsuer. Attachai managed the distance well, using lead kicks and precise right hands to score against his fellow Thai across the three-round contest.

Attachai’s best moment came with a left high kick. The strike sent Kompet into the ropes on unsteady legs. Attachai followed with hooks in bunches. Kompet’s two-time Lumpinee Stadium World Championship experience kept him standing, but all three judges still gave Attachai a unanimous decision.

The result moved Attachai to 57 career victories and a second straight win. In the co-main event, Rambong Sor Therapat edged Pethuahin Jitmuangnon by majority decision in a rugged flyweight Muay Thai clash. Rambong’s forward pressure and body work proved crucial, earning his 83rd career win and 10th ONE triumph.
