Pak sleuths to submit report on Woolmer murder investigation today
Lahore, May 5 (UNI) The Pakistani sleuths, who went to Jamaica to investigate in the murder case of slain coach Bob Woolmer, will finally submit their report to the Government today.
According to a member of the Pakistani investigation team, DIG Investigation Mir Zubair Mahmood, the report will be presented to the federal secretary of Interior Ministry, Kamal Shah.
The Dawn reported that he had already left for Islamabad yesterday where he, along with Kaleem Imam, additional director-FIA Islamabad, will submit the report to federal secretary of Interior Ministry.
Earlier, on the request of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Government sent a two-member investigation team to Jamaica on April 10 to assist the Lamaican Police in the late coach's murder case.
For nearly two weeks the investigation team in collaboration with the Scotland Yard and Jamaican police investigated the high profile murder case.
Meanwhile, Mr Zubair Mahmood expressed his satisfaction over the two week long inquiry saying the Jamaican police and the Scotland Yard officials fully cooperated with the team during the investigation.
