Paralympics 2024 Schedule for September 5: On day eight of the competition at Paris 2024, all eyes will be on India’s history-making archer Harvinder Singh and para shooters Mona Agarwal and Sidhartha Babu.

Tokyo 2020 bronze winner Harvinder created history on Wednesday (September 4) by becoming the first Indian archer to win gold in Paralympics. Now, he will look to create further history and add another gold to India’s Paris 2024 Medal Tally.

Harvinder will be in action alongside teammate Pooja Jatyan in the mixed team recurve archery event, starting with the eliminations stage. If qualified, the duo could also be fighting for a medal tonight.

In the last of the shooting action, Mona Agarwal, already a bronze winner in Paris, will compete in the mixed R6 50m rifle Prone SH1 qualification event alongside Sidhartha Babu. The Indian shooters will also be in final action should they qualify.

Simran Singh, who qualified for the semifinals of the women's 100m T12 event, will be among the two track & field athletes in action on day 6 of the Paris Summer Paralympics. Simran could also be running in the final tonight should she qualify from the semi-finals.

Arvind Malik will be the other Indian para track & field athlete in action today, when he competes in the men's Shot Put F35. Apart from that, Ashok Malik will compete in the men's upto 65kg powerlifting competition.

Finally, Kapil Parmar and Kokila Kaushiklate will be competing in the judo men's Men's J1 -60 kg and Women's J2 -48 kg events respectively. Here is the Indian Paralympics 2024 schedule for September 5:
