Reflecting on her performance, Ramita told myKhel exclusively: "I feel really grateful that I was part of the Olympics and also in the finals of such a highly competitive match. I was really glad to be part of it."

Ramita had secured her place in the final by scoring 631.5 in the qualification round on Sunday, becoming the second Indian to reach the final of a shooting event at the Paris Olympics, following Manu Bhaker. They were later joined by Arjun Babuta, who qualified for the men's 10m air rifle final. This marked a significant improvement for India, as at the Tokyo Olympics, only Saurabh Chaudhary had managed to reach a final, finishing seventh in the 10m air pistol.

Reflecting on her mindset during the competition, Ramita stated, "At that time, I was focusing on my breathing and trying to apply my process as best I could. I was trying to stay in the present."

Ramita and her partner Arjun Babuta had also faced disappointment in the 10m air rifle mixed team event, finishing sixth on the first day of the Paris Olympics.

Discussing her approach to preparation for the finals, Ramita shared, "When I wake up in the morning, I tell myself to focus on breathing and staying in the moment, which is what I usually do to perform well in the finals."

Looking ahead, Ramita expressed her ambitions, saying, "Of course, my next target will be the LA Olympics, and it will start this year with the nationals in November."
