Pawaskar named captain for U-19 Goa team

Panaji, Oct 16 (UNI) Goa Cricket Association (GCA) today announced a 15-member state team to participate in the Under 19 Vinoo Mankad Trophy (one day) South Zone tournament to be held in Kerala from October 20 to 26.

Ninad Pawaskar will lead the team. The other players are: Anish Veljee (Vice-Captain), Vitthal Raj Sangodkar, Suraj Dongre, Alok Shirodkar, Girish Yadav, Reagan Pinto, Chandrakant Raikar, Ravindra Rawant, Mahabaleshwar Korgaonkar, Siddarth Khatri, Tushar Narvekar, Vaibhav Naik, Rajneesh Chokkar and Nahid Sadekar.

Rajesh Karde and Anil Arolkar will accompany the team as manager and coach respectively.
