Pistons Beat Cavaliers to End Losing Streak

Cleveland's Darius Garland scored 21 points, but it wasn't enough to prevent their first loss to Detroit since February 2022. Karl-Anthony Towns contributed significantly with his double-double performance of 14 points and ten rebounds. Giannis Antetokounmpo returned for Milwaukee after missing one game due to injury and scored 30 points.

Milwaukee's Kyle Kuzma and Ryan Rollins each added 20 points, with Rollins achieving a career-high score. Despite cutting New York's lead to just two points in the third quarter, Milwaukee couldn't maintain momentum as New York pulled away again.

Curry Returns To Lead Warriors

Stephen Curry made his return from injury count by scoring 23 points as Golden State Warriors overcame New Orleans Pelicans with a score of 111-95. Curry played for over half an hour despite making only seven out of his twenty-one attempts but managed five successful three-pointers.

Jimmy Butler contributed effectively for Golden State with his double-double of eighteen points and ten rebounds while Jonathan Kuminga added sixteen more. Bruce Brown led New Orleans scorers with eighteen points amidst several absentees including Zion Williamson.

The Warriors maintained control throughout most of the second half after starting strong post-halftime break thanks largely due to Brandin Podzienski’s crucial three-pointer during an eight-point run early on which set them up nicely going forward into final stages where Buddy Hield’s four-point play effectively sealed victory.
