PokerBaazi Crowns Champions of the Second 'Greatest of All Tournaments' with a Prize Pool of INR 10 Crore

New Delhi, Nov 1: PokerBaazi, India's largest online poker platform, has officially concluded one of India's most prestigious poker tournaments, the "Greatest of All Tournaments" (G.O.A.T).

Over a span of 12 days, close to 17,000 participants engaged in intense competition, showcasing their poker skills. Arun Vijay Mutgi, an IT consultant hailing from Bengaluru, emerged as the champion, earning the esteemed title of G.O.A.T.

The second edition of this tournament witnessed players vying for cash prizes by demonstrating their poker prowess. The final table presented a thrilling nine-hour showdown, featuring exceptional and well-known players from the Indian poker community.

Arun Vijay Mutgi secured the top spot by winning INR 1.5 Crore, while Sreekanth KN from Kerala claimed the second spot, also winning INR 1.5 Crore.

Mutgi, overwhelmed by his performance, shared his thoughts: "I have been playing poker for a decade, and over time, I've come to realize the importance of continually honing my skills and evaluating every move. I believe this significantly contributed to my growth in poker and ultimately led to my victory.

I am thrilled to have shared the stage with respected poker players and am grateful to PokerBaazi for providing platforms like 'The Greatest of All Tournaments,' which offer opportunities for emerging players like me to showcase their talents on a grand scale."

Reflecting on the tournament's conclusion and congratulating the winner, Navkiran Singh, Founder and CEO at Baazi Games, expressed his thoughts: "It's heartening to see the evolution and widespread acceptance of online gaming, especially poker, as a mind sport in our country.
