Aptos, US, Jul 18 (UNI) Indian Davis Cupper Prakash Amritraj continued his great run, outplaying American wild card Phillip Simmonds in straight sets to enter the quarterfinals of the 75000 dollars ATP Challenger tournament here.
Prakash, who was in sizzling form, hardly put a foot wrong, beating his opponent 6-4, 6-2 in the second round match.
However, the Indian was not so lucky in the doubles event. He along with his American partner Lestor Cook crashed out of the doubles event after losing 7-6 (3), 4-6, 4-10 to the Israeli pair of Noam Okun and Amir Weintraub in the quarter-final.
