MONTREAL, Sep 28 (Reuters) The start of the seventh Presidents Cup between the United States and the Internationals was delayed by half an hour because of heavy morning rain.

Conditions are expected to remain wet and cloudy with a chance of heavy thunderstorms later in the day.
