Road To UFC Season 2: Bout Order, Episode Dates, Timing in IST & Live Streaming Info

Shanghai, May 10: UFC has announced the bout order for the opening round of ROAD TO UFC Season 2, which will be held on May 27 and 28 and set to be the first event to be broadcast live from the UFC Performance Institute Shanghai.

ROAD TO UFC Season 2 is the most significant opportunity for Asia's top MMA prospects to make it to the world stage. The opening round is divided into four episodes, each of which includes four tournament bouts and one additional non-tournament bout.

The event will be held in front of a live audience and the episodes will be produced and distributed for live broadcast using Remote Integration Model production (REMI) from UFC's state-of-the-art Broadcast Operations Center (BOC) at UFC Apex in Las Vegas in the USA.

The event will mark the first live UFC telecasts to be produced entirely remotely, utilizing the new IP-based, 4K-capable BOC and leveraging the expertise of UFC's full-time production team.

In addition, to turn the event into an all-day festival, a UFC Fan Experience will be held outside the UFC PI from 12 PM to 5 PM on both days, free of charge.

Attendees will enjoy a fully immersive experience that includes brand and partner activations, fitness challenges, an open workout, and meet and greet autograph sessions with UFC athletes.

UFC Fan Experience concludes with a viewing party to accommodate more fans wishing to watch ROAD TO UFC Season 2 opening round live, starting at 3:30 PM IST.
