London, Nov 29 : Soccer ace Wayne Rooney has splashed 5 million pounds on a Caribbean mansion, which overlooks a paradise beach.
Wayne, 23, and wife Coleen Rooney, 22, chose the property, which is in the building process, on an exclusive estate following recommendations from teammate Rio Ferdinand and TV pundit Gary Lineker.
The extravagant villa has 6 bedrooms, a cinema, a magnificent swimming poll, a Jacuzzi and a gym designed by Wayne.
The fine looking villa has an equally dazzling view to go with, as it overlooks a golf course and celebrities' hideaway Mullin's Beach on the west of the island.
The couple is also installing a 35,000-pound security system before moving in on the 750-acre Royal Westmoreland Estate, reports The Sun.
After moving into the estate created by Yorkshire businessman Bill Rooney, Wayne will have many celebrity neighbors including Chelsea international Ashley Cole and his wife Cheryl.
