Ludhiana, Mar 29: RS Gill, a former Director General of the Punjab Police, has been elected president of the Basketball Federation of India.

Elections of the federation was held here in the Annual General Meeting of the federation.

According to a list released by the Basketball Federation of India here today, the new office bearers elected in the AGM were K Govindraj (Senior vice president), Nandani Basappaq (Vice president -lady), Alok Sharma, Mukut Medhi, Vikram Singh Shekhawat, M Venkateh and Teja Singh (all vice presidents), secretary general Ajay Sood and treasurer K P Changoiwala.
