Rugby-World-France back at full strength after trio recover

MARCOUSSIS, Sep 25 (Reuters) France have a full-strength squad to select from for their last World Cup Pool D game against Georgia on Sunday in Marseille, a team spokesman said.

''David Skrela, Christophe Dominici and Fabien Pelous were the last question marks... they got the green light from the team doctor,'' team press manager Lionel Rossigneux told reporters today as the squad reassembled after two days of rest.

Skrela tore his Achilles tendon in France's opening 17-12 defeat by Argentina on September. 7 and missed the last two pool games against Namibia and Ireland.

Lock and vice-captain Pelous missed Friday's win over Ireland because of a sprained knee while wing Dominici was dropped from the 22-player squad after the Pumas game after suffering a hamstring injury.

Coach Bernard Laporte will name his starting line-up on Thursday but has already said he will make changes from the side that beat Ireland 25-3.

Yannick Jauzion, regarded as France's number one centre before the tournament, said he was hoping for a recall after being dropped following the defeat by Argentina.

''The Argentina game was not an easy one because we, in the backline, didn't have a lot of opportunities to attack but it's true that in such difficult conditions we have to find solutions and I failed to do that,'' he said.

''I paid the price for the defeat, it's only natural, it's the rule. I just hope I'll have an opportunity to redeem myself and I hope we'll go all the way.'' France will secure a place in the quarter-finals with a win over Georgia.

The World Cup hosts are second in the group on 10 points, one ahead of Ireland but four behind leaders Argentina who face the Irish in their final match.
