SAI to organise Doping control courses in March-April

New Delhi, Feb 21 (UNI) With doping becoming a major headache for sports bodies in the country, the Sports Authority of India will organise Doping Control Officers (DCO) course and Sampling Officers (SO) course for medical and non-medical personnel at its centres during March-April.

The two-day course is free of cost and doctors recommended by the National Sports Federations will be admitted to the DCO course.

The SO Course candidates will be recommended by the Regional Centres of SAI.

The SAI will also organise a DCO Course and a SO Course exclusively for the army personnel here during March 6-9.

The schedule of the courses is: Calcutta (March 5-8) Imphal (March 12-15 ) Bhopal (March 19-22 ) Bangalore (March 26-29) Delhi (April 2-5 ) Gandhinagar (April 9-12 ) Patiala (April 16-19 ) Trivandrum (April 23-26) UNI
