Sau Paulo to enthrall Delhites Samba way against JCT
New Delhi, Feb 9 (UNI) Bralizian club Sau Paulo is all set to display their samba brand of football when it takes on JCT in the fifth and final match of the Super Soccer series at the Ambedkar stadium here on Sunday.
The famed Brazilian club would be hoping to go back home with a clean record against their name, having won the four ties against the best Indian clubs on offer, while JCT will have to play out of their skins to cause a major upset.
The Sau Paulo team, led by Marks Antonio, looked relaxed while working out today at the Thyagraj Nagar stadium in the capital. The players' evening will be even more relaxing with all set to attend a reception hosted by the Brazilian Ambassador here.
Sau Paulo registered a convincing victory against East Bengal, beating them 3-0 in the opening match and went on to pump half-a-dozen goals against Mohameddan Sporting in the next. In the thrid match, Kolkata team Mohun Bagan's defeat by two goals restored some sanity into the scoreline and Kerala XI went down fighting 3-0 in the fouth match.
JCT coach Sukhwinder Singh put up a brave front, saying the team will not give in easily against the Brazilian club without bothering about the result.
