Second annual NCR Cup begins tomorrow

New Delhi, Oct 22 (UNI) Some of the leading amateurs of the country including defending champion Raj Randhawa will be vying for the top honours in the second annual NCR Cup and Delhi State Championship which tees off here tomorrow.

An attraction this year will be 14-year-old Chikarangappa, who is the youngest ever player to represent the men's team.

In only its second year, the NCR Cup and Delhi State Championship tournament aims to set a benchmark to become the most prestigious amateur golf tournament in Asia.

The tournament wree provide the players with caddy fees, top quality golf balls and accessories, food coupons daily and invitations to an awards dinner.

Importantly the tournament offers top two players an automatic entry into the European Amateur Championship where they will get to compete with the best amateur players in Europe next summer.
