Indian rifle and pistol shooters secured medals in their respective 10m mixed team events, maintaining their lead on the medal table.
With two bronze medals earned on the second day of the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Junior World Championship for Rifle, Pistol, and Shotgun, India's young shooters have increased their total to five medals (two gold and three bronze), continuing to hold the top spot in the standings.

The 10m air rifle and air pistol mixed team events were the only medal competitions held on Sunday. The rifle shooters competed first, with Gautami Bhanot and Ajay Malik scoring a combined total of 628.9 after 30 shots each, securing third place out of 34 pairs.
This qualified them for the bronze medal match against the Croatian duo of Anamarija Turk and Darko Tomasevic, which they convincingly won 17-9.
China claimed their first gold of the competition by defeating France in the final. The second Indian pair, Abhinav Shaw and Shambhavi Kshirsagar, secured a sixth-place finish with an overall score of 628.1.
In the mixed pistol event, both Indian pairs secured third and fourth place in the qualification rounds, leading to an all-Indian bronze medal showdown. Lakshita and Parmod emerged victorious, defeating Kanishka Dagar and Mukesh Nelavali 16-8 in the bronze match. Germany claimed gold, while Ukraine took silver.
This marked Lakshita's second medal of the competition, following her gold in the air pistol team event on Saturday (September 28). Meanwhile, at the shotgun ranges, Mansi Raghuwanshi stood out as the top Indian performer in the junior women's skeet competition.
