Sprinter Siddhant promises CWG 2010 victory
New Delhi, Aug 26: Indian athlete Siddhant Thingalaya assured to lead the pack and end up on the victory podium in the up coming Commonwealth Games (CWG) scheduled from Oct 3-14.
Siddhant a current national record holder with the height of 6 feet 3 inches will compete in his chosen 110-m hurdle event at the Games.
His bespectacled and tall figure brings back memories of the event's world record holder Dayron Robles as he dashes down the track, jumping one hurdle after another.
The sprinter is very much aware of what lies ahead and has firmly set on the CWG, which would be the biggest stage for his performance.
