Southern Air Command's water sports camp from Feb 24

Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 22 (UNI) The Southern Air Command adventure cell will conduct a week-long adventure water sports camp at Kappil-Paravoor lake near Varkala from February 24.

Aqua parasailing, Water skiing, Kayaking, canoeing and many other water sports are included in the camp to be conducted in association with the Thiruvananthapuram District Tourism Promotion Council, a press release said here.

The backwaters at Kappil-Paravoor have been identified as a potential location for conducting the camp after successfully conducting a couple of camps in the past two years, it added.
