The Oklahoma City Thunder secured their eighth consecutive win by defeating the Los Angeles Clippers 126-107. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led with 30 points and 12 assists, while Isaiah Joe contributed 22 points. The Thunder overcame an early deficit to set a franchise record for consecutive victories at the start of a season.

The Oklahoma City Thunder extended their winning streak to eight games with a 126-107 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 30 points and 12 assists. Isaiah Joe contributed 22 points, while Cason Wallace and Aaron Wiggins each added 12. The Thunder set a new franchise record for consecutive wins at the start of a season.

Despite trailing by up to 13 points in the first half, Oklahoma City took control in the third quarter. Wiggins hit a crucial 3-pointer, giving them an 81-78 lead with just over three minutes left in the period. They ended the quarter on an 8-2 run, securing a comfortable lead going into the final quarter.

Thunder Continue Unbeaten Start with Win Over Clippers

James Harden scored 25 points for the Clippers, with John Collins adding 17. However, they were without key players Kawhi Leonard and Bradley Beal due to injuries. Derrick Jones Jr. also contributed 16 points for the Clippers, who have now lost two consecutive home games after initially winning three.

The Chicago Bulls staged a remarkable comeback against the Philadelphia 76ers, overcoming a massive deficit to win 113-111. Josh Giddey achieved a triple-double with 29 points, 15 rebounds, and 12 assists. Nikola Vucevic secured victory with a decisive 3-pointer just before time expired.

Giddey's performance marked his second consecutive triple-double, making him the first Bulls player to achieve this since Michael Jordan in 1989. Isaac Okoro added valuable support with 16 points as Chicago improved their record to six wins and one loss.

Pelicans Secure First Win

The New Orleans Pelicans celebrated their first victory of the season by defeating the Charlotte Hornets 116-112. Jose Alvarado made a crucial go-ahead three-pointer with only seconds remaining on the clock. Trey Murphy III led the scoring for New Orleans with 21 points.

Saddiq Bey also played a significant role off the bench, contributing 17 points. The Pelicans announced earlier that Zion Williamson would be sidelined for at least a week due to a hamstring strain.

The Brooklyn Nets remain winless this season after seven games following New Orleans' triumph over Charlotte. Miles Bridges scored 22 points for Charlotte, while rookie Kon Knueppel impressed with his double-double performance of 20 points and 12 rebounds.
