Tiger Woods faces 18-week sex ban

London, Jan 20: The scandal-tainted golfer Tiger Woods, who hit the headlines in Dec 2009 for his multiple extramarital affairs, is reportedly facing a 18-week sex ban as part of his sex addiction treatment.

The golfer, who is said to be spending six weeks at a Mississippi rehab clinic faces an 18-week nookie ban, reports The Sun.

"You can't have sex and can't get excited. That continues for 90 days after you are discharged," the report quotes a former patient as saying.

The 34-year-old sports star is expected to sign a 'celibacy contract'.

He will also be forced to write a 'empathy letter' to wife Elin Nordegren.

The former patient, identified as Benoit Denizet-Lewis, also informed the tabloid that if the couple hopes to repair the marriage then the golfer's 30-year-old wife will also be spending some time with him in treatment.
